VIDEO: How to use a paper towel
Tips / / December 19, 2019
Have you ever thought about how much do you usually take a paper towel or napkin to wipe wet hands dry?
Usually, people are pulling two or three, even though it needs just one single towel. Joe Smith at a conference TED (TEDxConcordiaUPortland) just tells and shows how to really properly dry your hands with paper towels.
So you not only save your money (high-quality paper towels are not so cheap), but also help to save a ton of paper than saving hundreds of trees.
Unfortunately, mankind has not invented a method or means that would allow to stop using paper products in public toilets. But we, at least, can start a meaningful way to save paper, and do not pull it at 3-4 leaf just because it's free.
All you need to do - is to shake hands with water (Joe offers to do it 12 times - he just likes that number) and to wipe them with a paper towel, folded in half. So it is better absorbed and does not tear.
