From the film-record holder "Cheburashka" will make a musical and circus show

The production company "Our Show" is preparing a musical and circus show based on the sensational film "Cheburashka». The total cost of production will amount to 200 million rubles, learned "Vedomosti".

The theater director, winner of the Golden Mask Nina Chusova is engaged in the performance. Andrey Koltsov, soloist of Cirque du Soleil, is responsible for the circus part. And for choreography and dancing - Street Jazz and Todes.

Also involved in the creation of the performance is Yellow, Black and White (YBW), which worked on the film. She is also known for such Russian box office hits as "Kholop", "Challenge" and "The Last Hero".

The premiere of the production will take place in Moscow on July 27. In total, 100 shows are planned to be held in the capital. At the same time, the show can be seen in other Russian cities, in particular in St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan, Krasnoyarsk and Sochi. The troupe consists of three teams, two of which will tour the regions.

The family comedy Cheburashka was released in theaters on January 1, 2023. At the box office, she earned 6.8 billion rubles, thanks to which

became the highest-grossing Russian film in history. The picture was watched by more than 22 million viewers.
