Ingredients
- Potatoes 1 kg
- Cheese 200 g
- Milk 1 glass
- Egg 1 piece
- Ground nutmeg 1 pinch
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Potato spices to taste
- Garlic 1 clove
- Butter 50 g
Cooking method
Peel the potatoes and cut into 2mm thick slices.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. ¾ cheese, mix in a bowl with milk and egg.
Add nutmeg, pepper, salt and spices. Stir well, whisking lightly.
Peel the garlic, cut it in half lengthwise. Grate the potatoes well with garlic, then brush with butter.
Put the potatoes in a mold in a circle so that each circle overlaps the other a little. It is more convenient to spread from the middle of the form to its edges.
Pour the cheese mixture over the potatoes. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and add the pieces of butter.
Place in an oven preheated to 200 ° C and bake for about 45 minutes.
