Workout of the Day: 5-Minute Complex for a Flexible and Strong Body

This is a complex from Alex Lorenz - trainer and founder of the Calisthenics Association in Leipzig. Exercises are selected in such a way as to harmoniously load all the main muscle groups: arms and chest, back, legs, buttocks, abs, slightly increase joint mobility and pump endurance.
The workout is suitable for all skill levels - the video shows a simplified version of each movement. The complex consists of seven exercises.
1. Push-ups - 30 seconds.
2. Raising the legs and pulling with the hands lying on the stomach - 30 seconds.
3. Jump from a support lying to a deep squat - 60 seconds.
4. Reverse bar exit - 30 seconds.
5. Plank with knee to elbow - 30 seconds.
6. Lunges - 60 seconds.
7. Side plank turns - 60 seconds.
Do the exercises in a row without rest for the specified time. When you are done with the latter, you can end your workout or rest for a minute and do 1-3 more laps.
