Chinese benchmark Master Lu published list of 10 smartphones that are most often counterfeited. It was headed by the iPhone 8, clones of which can still be found on sale. The last year's leader was the Samsung Galaxy W2018 clamshell, which is now on the second line.
Also in the top ten were the flagships of the Samsung S series, clones of which are also often found on sale. The entire rating is as follows:

In percentage terms, Apple smartphones accounted for 29.54% of counterfeit phones, Samsung - 26.44%. Xiaomi clones make up 9.83% of the total, and Honor 6.1%.
Also, the developers of the benchmark noted that the screen became the characteristic black of many fake devices. 720p resolution and MediaTek MT6589 processor complete with Mali-400 graphics accelerator MP. These are the inexpensive components that counterfeit device developers use the most.
