Today I want to share a recipe found cookies "for the lazy" and "healthy food lovers." The thing is that it consists of only two basic ingredients: oatmeal and a banana. And for its preparation does not need any special culinary skills!
Bananas are very often used in baking as a substitute for eggs, so this recipe can be safely recommend even for vegetarians.
Ingredients2 large, ripe banana and 1 cup oat flakes fast preparation. Optional: chocolate chips, nuts, spices, raisins, cranberries, dates.

During the addition of further ingredients should also monitor the viscosity. Because if you add too much raisins, nuts or chocolate, cookies can not simply keep the shape and falling apart. A specified number of bananas and oatmeal 1/3 cup raisins or other dry fillers would be sufficient.
