Garlic Yeast Bread with Herbs

Garlic bread with dill, parsley and basil is a great substitute for regular bread. Aromatic pastries are ideal for soups, main courses and sandwiches.

Ingredients
- Dry yeast 5 g
- Water 1 glass
- Flour 1½ cups
- Salt 1 tsp the spoon
- Garlic 1 head
- Dill to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Basil to taste
Cooking method
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Cover with plastic and leave in a warm place for about 10 minutes, until foam appears.
Combine the flour with salt and, gently pouring in the yeast mixture, knead the dough.
Cover the container with a clean towel and leave in a warm place for about 2 hours.
When the dough rises, roll out a large layer.
Sprinkle it with chopped garlic and herbs and roll into a tight roll.
Place the roll on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Let stand for another 30 minutes, covered with a towel.
Bake in the oven, first at 250 ° C for 10 minutes, and then another half hour at 200 ° C.
This bread goes well with soups.
