On the developer Hamza Court last week posted in his Twitter a couple of screenshots of hidden settings in the control center iOS 8. On the attached picture visible toggle on / off and change the program location.
Unfortunately, it was not possible to verify the authenticity of the screenshots, but the web there are even supporting video. Last year, Hamza managed to find a slightly different menu of hidden settings in iOS 7, but realized it was not so.
Probably many of these leaks are real, but Apple will never make them open to the general public as they are intended only for internal testing among developers. However, as you can see on WWDCIn iOS 8 can be installed side of the keyboard. We believe that setting the control points may also appear soon.
Internal builds of iOS 8 can add / remove and reorder control centre toggles. They're even scrollable pic.twitter.com/1usIAd8X5B

Sometimes it is very interesting to see the behind the scenes work with iOS at Apple, but the warranty on sharing so no one gives settings. Perhaps this is the beginnings of plans to empower users to control the OSes, but this is unlikely. In the end, we're like iOS for its simplicity and not a bunch of settings, which only hinder.
control point settings were first introduced in the form of Jailbreak-tweaks for iOS 7. To date, the number continues to grow, but the most popular are Vertex, Polus, FlipControlCenter and CCControls. There are even add-in allows you to display the control menu here lamps philips Hue.
