Puff pastry pie with cheese and ham

Inside these rosy baked goods are a layer of aromatic mustard, spicy meat and melted cheese. Serve hot cheese puff pastry for better taste.

Ingredients
- Puff pastry 450-500 g
- Water 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Egg 1 piece
- Granular mustard 3-4 tbsp. spoons
- Ham 230 g
- Hard cheese 150-200 g
Cooking method
Preheat oven to 200 ° C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the dough in two thin rectangular or round slices.
Transfer one layer to a baking sheet. Brush with an egg beaten with water.
Cover the dough with a layer of mustard, about 1 cm or more short of the edges.
Cut the ham and cheese into thin slices. Spread the meat over the mustard and then the cheese.
Cover everything with a second layer of dough and secure the edges firmly. Brush the top with an egg mixture.
Use a knife to make several cuts on the top of the dough to let air out of the cake. If desired, draw a mesh with a knife without completely cutting through the layer.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cake is golden brown.
