Banana nut mousse
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 1 banana;
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil;
- 1 cracker;

Dessert can be stored in the refrigerator for 24 hours, but keep in mind that over time, the banana may turn black, so it's best to cook fresh dessert, because it does not take much time.
Orange-chocolate mousse
Ingredients:
- 1 avocado;
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanillin;
- 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey;
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa;
- ¼-½ cup of orange juice.
preparation
Put all ingredients in a blender and whip until smooth. Ready mousse can be put into a glass and garnish with frozen raspberries or thin slices of orange. Another original way of feeding - do not use the shopping orange juice, and cook fresh, orange peel halves leave well clear them from the pulp residues and lay there mousse.
Raspberry chocolate mousse
Ingredients:
- Figs 6;
- ½ avocado;
- ¾ cup (95 grams) of fresh or frozen raspberries;
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa;
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, vanillin or pinch;
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt.
preparation
Clear dates from the bones. If they are too hard, pour boiling water over them just for a moment. Then put the figs and avocado in a blender and whip until smooth. Next, add the raspberries, cocoa, and vanilla and beat again.
The final touch: add yogurt, stir and serve immediately, garnished with raspberries or Greek yogurt. The yoghurt, which is used for decoration, you can add a little honey for sweetness.
