I'll be back to the topic. I did not have any incentive. I wanted to lose weight, but not too much. Of course, if I had to just pick up and bring your body in perfect condition in a moment, I would agree. But for something to do? Pfft, I'm too cool for this shit. But ended the academic year at the university, I had a lot of free time and I knew I wanted something new. I guess I just needed to do something time.
So I started to run. Having decided that you need to give all running at full speed, I decided it was not in vain, many athletes, even in summer run in a jacket with a hood and even Rocky Balboa was not averse to this method. In general, I have decided that in the 33 degree heat I will certainly run in a jacket with a hood to get a better sweat! The result did not take long and I got heat stroke with all its consequences.
But, oddly enough, it is not otbavilo my desire to run, but on the contrary - I rushed into the fray with renewed energy the next day. I started to combine cardio (jogging) and strength training in the gym. Looking back, I honestly can not understand how I was able to achieve results, because, basically, I did everything on a whim, without going into too much theory. Later, I changed my mind about jogging and prefer him to interval running, but more on that next time.
About a month later, when it appeared the first results, I decided what to do and their power. Here in the case has already gone theory. I began to study the various sites, techniques and diet, but just came across information that all diets are a complete slag and if I really want to lose weight and regain a single gram of extra weight, I have to completely rethink the whole concept of his power. So I began to eat in a new way. Fractional meals, separation of carbohydrates and protein, reduced fat, generally all the basic principles of good nutrition. The only rule that comes out of the concept of healthy eating, and I stuck to was the fact that I allowed myself to eat for breakfast is all I want. Later I changed this principle is another principle - cheat meal.

5. Drink plenty of water. Tea - it's not water, coffee - it's not water, juice - it's not the water. 30-35 ml per kilogram will be just body weight.
6. Forget the diet. If you really want to lose weight, improve their health, and never hear the phrase in his address: "A good man should be a lot" - you should forever and ever revise its meals and never go back to old habits.
