Apple will release the iPhone with an inexpensive fingerprint

Several Chinese media published article about the possible release of a special model of the iPhone to the Chinese market. It should allow to compete with the Oppo and Huawei, which are still in the market of China apart from the competition.

The report sources pointed out that to reduce the cost of new items Apple plans to abandon the Face ID. Instead, the manufacturer returns a fingerprint scanner Touch ID. The sensor may be mounted on the rear or right on the screen.

Such news seem quite plausible, since Apple has already released a special model of the iPhone to China. So sold on the local market iPhone XS and iPhone XR have the support of two physical SIM-cards, whereas in the rest of the world users only combination available eSIM + SIM.
