Oppo published photos of the new smartphone from the so-called "screen-waterfall» (Waterfall Screen). Along the side edges of the display is bent at an angle of 88 degrees and extends beyond the front panel. Thanks to this device seems to be very stretched.

Will the curved portion of the screen is touch-sensitive, or Oppo is going to use it as something different, it is not clear. In addition, because of the design side is no room for power and volume buttons, so the company will have to place them somewhere else.
Often Oppo prototypes act a kind of teaser full of devices. Therefore, in the near future we are waiting for the full announcement. Then we learn to be smart, or not very convenient.
In the meantime, the company promises only "immersive visual experience" and "innovative aesthetics" - nothing more.
