The British company Economist Intelligence Unit published a new ranking of the best cities to live. The list is made on the basis of a comparison of a number of different indicators, including economic stability, health care, education and infrastructure.
Closest to the ideal approached Vienna - this is the most comfortable cities in 2019. Overall rating of the Austrian capital was 99.1 points out of 100 possible. All ten leaders is as follows:

- Osaka (Japan)
- Calgary (Canada)
- Vancouver (Canada)
- Toronto (Canada)
- Tokyo, Japan)
- Copenhagen (Denmark)
- Adelaide (Australia)
Moscow in this ranking took 68 place. In London - 48th, while in New York - 58th. Completing the list of Damascus (Syria), Lagos (Nigeria) and Dhaka (Bangladesh) - this is the most unfavorable for the life of the city.
