A healthy snack option that's easy to make yourself. Homemade oatmeal bars are a great substitute for store snacks.
Grind the walnuts in a food processor or blender.
Then add the flax seeds and grind the mixture for 30 seconds.
If you want crunchy snacks, do not grind the flaxseeds.
Then add all the remaining ingredients except the chocolate and grind until almost smooth.
Put everything in a large bowl, add the chocolate and stir again thoroughly.
Put the mass in a rectangular shape in a layer of 2-3 cm and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Then cut the chilled mass into portions.
The resulting bars can be refrigerated for up to one week.
