In this course, we will examine the most pressing issues at the intersection of IT and corporate business management. As a result of the course, students will be able to take a more reasonable approach to modeling and regulating business processes. They will learn how to transform the management system in their department to the “turquoise” side. During the seminar, we will look at how to take into account the laws of organizational development and the behavior of toxic employees in order to successfully manage processes.
