“Earth in the Universe” - course 600 rub. from MSU, training 3 weeks. (1 month), Date: December 3, 2023.
Miscellaneous / / December 07, 2023
The program gives an idea that the Universe is a super complex system, organized according to the principle of hierarchical subordination: clusters of galaxies, galaxies, stars, star systems, planets of star systems, solar system, Earth. The Earth, despite its tiny size in the Universe, is a complex system consisting of many subsystems that arose in the process of its evolution (magnetosphere, ionosphere, atmosphere, hydrosphere, biosphere, lithosphere, mantle, core).

The emergence and evolution of the Universe
The first lesson will cover issues such as what astronomical units of distance are, representations of occurrence and evolution of the Universe, composition of the Universe, Milky Way Galaxy, evolution of the Solar System, planets of the Solar System and small bodies of the Solar systems.
Solar-terrestrial connections
The second lesson will examine the place of the Solar System in our Galaxy, the structure of the Sun, and the structure of the external and internal spheres of the Earth. We will cover in more detail topics about solar activity, protective spheres of the Earth, the impact of solar activity on the biosphere and technosphere, as well as solar activity cycles.
Small bodies of the Solar System
The final lesson of the series will be devoted to asteroids, comets, meteorites, and astroblemes. We will look at examples of craters on Earth. Let's talk about the classification of meteorites and the main asteroid belt. We will touch upon such topics as the Tunguska meteorite and the Chelyabinsk meteorite. We will separately consider the topic related to the search and research of meteorites.
