As part of the course, students will become familiar with the practice of effectively using information and communication technologies to solve problems chemical education in today's conditions, with modern means of developing electronic educational resources, remote conducting classes through webinars and heated discussions in virtual worlds, organizing fully or partially remote training. Students will learn by immediately using the studied tools to solve their problems, and in the environments that they will master. In the final, students will prepare their electronic educational product and present it for defense as a final work.

The goal of this program is to improve the professional competencies of school chemistry teachers in working with information and communication technologies (ICT) in modern educational organizations of general education in accordance with professional standards “Teacher (pedagogical activities in the field of preschool, primary general, basic general, secondary general education) (educator, teacher)" (approved by order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation dated October 18, 2013 G. No. 544n) and “Teacher of additional education for children and adults” (approved by order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation dated September 08, 2015. No. 613n).
To a large extent, the course is based on more than twenty years of practical experience in introducing ICT into the process of training chemists at the Faculty of Chemistry MSU: from the electronic library of educational materials “Chemnet” to distance learning services and from preparing applicants to distance learning courses qualifications.

The course volume is one credit unit, 36 hours.
Duration of training - 8 weeks, which includes: 7 weeks of 4 hours of full-time classes at the Faculty of Chemistry of Moscow State University, 8th week - defense of final works (face-to-face lesson for 2 hours), 2nd online consultations for two hours, and one online conference for students course.
The form of education is full-time and part-time using distance learning technologies.
