Good afternoon My name is Maria! I have been teaching Spanish and English for over 10 years and applying language knowledge to my career. ¡Hola! Me llamo María, soy profesora de español y una aficionada a los idiomas al mismo tiempo. Llevo más de diez años hablando español y aplicando los idiomas (español e inglés) en mi carrera. Empezé a dar mis primeras clases individuales de español desde 2009, el año de mi graduación de la Universidad Lingüistica Estatal de Moscú. Already in my third year, I began working at various international commercial exhibitions as a Spanish translator, and I also have experience in written translations. Subsequently, all my professional activities were in one way or another connected with foreign languages, and teaching allows me to this day to share my knowledge with students and inspire them to learn the languages and cultures of others countries I am genuinely interested in linguistics and everything related to human language and communication. I treat a foreign language not as a subject, but as a living system and means of communication, part of culture. Since any language system has a foundation, in my methodology I combine the principles of academic education (I give a strong phonetic and grammatical base) and gradually build up the lexical stock using a communicative approach based on language learning in the context of original materials (selected according to the interests of students) and special exercises for the development of spoken language speech.
