The course is devoted to the study of modern management methods based on the project approach. Management is a very specific form of human activity, so the quality of project management depends significantly on the qualifications of the manager. Project management methodology creates a new type of manager - a system organizer, capable of qualitatively planning a project and organizing its implementation. A systematic organization allows you to reduce the requirements for the qualifications of project participants and, thereby, reduce the risks of unprofessional management.

The purpose of the proposed course is to train managers at various levels in the basics of project management and system organizer skills. It is necessary to improve the qualifications of managers in matters of organizational management of projects implemented in companies.

Course Objective - to awaken interest in the practical use of project management techniques, to teach the manager to apply them in practice in projects, relating to various subject areas, including projects related to the organization of company work or restructuring enterprises.
