The course examines the legal aspects of startups - growing companies in the technology sector. We will tell you what laws and how business is regulated, in what form companies are created and how they work (conclude transactions, hire employees, pay taxes). The course is unified in two parts: on the one hand, standard legal issues of any entrepreneur (not necessarily a startup) are considered; on the other hand, there are sections dedicated specifically to innovators (venture deals, crowdfunding, intellectual property).
