5 ways to cook a delicious dinner in one pot

1. Chicken curry with pineapple
Cooking poultry in a spicy sauce will take no more time than cooking rice. Just half an hour - and a delicious dish with an attractive aroma is ready. The yogurt adds tenderness to the chicken, and the pineapples add an unusual sweet note.
By the way, if you don’t have pineapple juice on hand, replace it with canned fruit syrup.
Brown one chopped onion in a frying pan with oil. Put a couple of chopped garlic cloves there, as well as a teaspoon each of coriander, turmeric and cumin.
Add 2 chicken fillets, cut into cubes. When they are fried, add 2 tablespoons of flour and pour in 60 ml of water and pineapple juice.
Add 130 ml of yoghurt and stir until thickened. Add 100 g of pineapples and simmer the chicken until cooked.

2. Pasta nests with minced meat in a frying pan
A great option for a simple but beautiful dinner. The pasta for this dish does not need to be boiled separately. They are cooked in tomato and vegetable sauce along with meatballs. Pork and beef meat balls are juicy thanks to onions.
Mix 350 g of minced meat with chopped onion, salt and pepper. Form into 6-8 meatballs.
Chop another onion and 300 g of tomatoes in their own juice. Grate the carrots. Fry onions and carrots in a frying pan with oil. Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, tomatoes, salt, pepper and 300 ml of water.
Place 6-8 pasta nests into the boiling tomato sauce and place the meat balls on them. Pour sauce from the pan and cook covered for 25-30 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with cheese.

3. Bulgur with turkey and vegetables
Bulgur is an excellent alternative to traditional cereals. The hardest part about making this dish is chopping the ingredients. The remaining steps require little or no attention from you.
If you want to change up the recipe in the future, add other fresh vegetables or frozen mixture.
Chop 500 g turkey fillet, carrots, bell peppers and onions.
Brown the meat in a frying pan with oil. Toss in the vegetables, after 5 minutes season with salt, black pepper and ¹⁄₂ teaspoon of turmeric.
Put 200 g of bulgur there, pour 1¹⁄₂–2 glasses of hot water. Simmer for 20 minutes covered.

4. Sausages with beans and cauliflower
If you have a can of beans in tomato sauce at home, try making this simple dish. Vegetables, meat and legumes are stewed together, absorbing each other's aromas and tastes.
Chop ¹⁄₂ cauliflower, 6 sausages, ¹⁄₂ bell pepper and onion. Brown the onions and sausages in a frying pan with oil.
Add cabbage, bell peppers and a can of beans in tomato sauce. Pour in a glass of water, season with salt and black pepper.
Simmer covered for about 15 minutes until the vegetables are soft.

5. Fish stewed with vegetables and rice
Any white fish will work for this recipe. Thanks to fried onions and paprika, it will acquire a pleasant aroma, and tomato paste will give it a richer taste.
Remember: you can add other spices to suit your taste. By experimenting, you can get a new dish every time.
Chop an onion, ¹⁄₂ bell pepper, a couple of tomatoes and 300 g of fish fillet. Grate one carrot.
In a frying pan with oil, fry the onions, peppers and carrots for several minutes. Add tomatoes and 1 tablespoon of tomato paste. Season with salt, black pepper and ¹⁄₂ teaspoon paprika.
Place about 100 g of rice on top and pour in 1¹⁄₂ cups of hot water. Simmer covered for about 20 minutes.
