How to prepare plums for freezing

Wash the fruits under cold running water, and then lay them on a towel and let them dry completely.

Make sure there are no drops of water left on the washed drains. If necessary, wipe the fruits dry with a clean towel - this will prevent them from sticking together during the freezing process. Place the fruits in bags.
Lightly press down on the packaging to release the air. Tie it in a knot or close the clasp. Store the fruit in the freezer.

- sugar - optional;
- ice cube trays, silicone muffin tins or food containers with a tight lid;
- plastic bags (regular or with a zip fastener).
How to do
Cut each plum in half and remove the pits.
Grind the fruit to a puree consistency using a regular or immersion blender.
If the fruits are too sour, add sugar to taste while pureeing and beat until completely dissolved.
Pour the finished puree into ice or baking trays. Place them in the freezer for about 2-3 hours until the mixture is completely hardened.
Remove frozen puree cubes from pan. To do this, you can turn it upside down and knock on the countertop. Place the blanks into bags. Press down lightly on the package to release excess air, then tie it in a knot or close the clasp.
Place bags of plum cubes in the freezer for storage.
Another option is to pour fresh puree into food containers with a tight lid and freeze.
