Marshall Showcases Motif II ANC TWS Headphones with Noise Canceling and 30 Hour Battery Life
Miscellaneous / / August 30, 2023
Marshall announced new wireless headphones Motif II ANC. Compared with first generation they received improved noise reduction during calls, support for Bluetooth LE Audio, new control options and an additional 10 hours of battery life.
Like the first generation, the headphones have 6mm drivers and operate with a frequency range of 20 – 20,000 Hz. This model is the first among the brand's headphones to receive support Bluetooth LE Audio. Thanks to this, in addition to AAC and SBC, the headphones also work with the LC3 codec, which provides higher sound quality with reduced power consumption.
Autonomy has become an important improvement. With noise reduction, the headphones work 6 hours without a case and 30 hours with it, without ANC - 9 and 43 hours, respectively. The first generation provided 4.5 hours of operation with noise reduction turned on, or 20 hours when recharged from the case.
In addition to touch controls for playback and calls, two more functions have been added: Spotify Tap to instantly launch the last included playlist in the service and control the volume level.
Both the headphones and case are made from 70% recycled plastic. Moisture protection is present: IPX4 for the case and IPX5 for the headphones themselves.
Marshall Motif II ANC will go on sale September 12 for $199 (≈19,100 rubles).
