TikTok has a new trend: "quiet" walks without music and headphones

A new trend is gaining popularity on TikTok - "silent" walks. Bloggers advise instead of listening to music or podcasts on the go, leave your headphones at home and immerse yourself in your own thoughts.
The trend was launched by a girl under the nickname @madymaio. She started the walks herself because her nutritionist advised her to replace intense cardio workouts with 30-minute walks. Her boyfriend made it harder and suggested that she go without headphones, and it changed her life.

The girl noted that the first two minutes were complete chaos, but then the brain got used to it and entered the state of flow. Walking for half an hour allows her to relax and focus on her thoughts, and in the end she often finds that she has found a solution to the problems that bothered her.
The trend was supported by other users, noting that such walks really help them deal with stress and hear themselves.
