RECIPES: 3 versatile sauce for a picnic

Ingredients:

- ketchup - 200 g;

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and set over medium heat to cook for 20-25 minutes or until thick.
Tzatziki (cacık)
Ingredients:
- Greek yoghurt - 200 g;
- large cucumber - 1 pc .;
- bunch of dill;
- zest of half a lemon.
preparation
- Cucumber rub on a fine grater and squeeze.
- Mix the yogurt with cucumber, dill and chopped zest. Adding salt.
chimichurri
Ingredients:
- Garlic - 2 cloves;
- chili pepper - to taste;
- and green mint parsley - 1 st .;
- red wine vinegar - 30 ml;
- Olive oil - 90 ml.

Whisk all the ingredients with a blender until smooth, or shred greens with garlic by hand and connected with the oil and vinegar.
