Introduced computer mouse Clip Mouse, which must be worn on the fingers

German startup introduced wearable device Clip Mouse. It works like a computer mouse, but is attached to the fingers and does not require direct contact with the surface.

Outwardly, the novelty resembles a clothespin in the force of the letter U. It is worn on the index and middle fingers of the hand. At the heart of the compact gadget is an accelerometer and a lithium-ion battery.

It works simply: the user needs to imitate the movements of a conventional mouse, and the device determines the movements and sends commands via Bluetooth to the paired computer. That is, the device need not be used on a flat surface.

The bottom part is touch sensitive and is used as the left and right buttons. To scroll the usual wheel, you just need to make a similar movement with your finger in the air.

If the mouse is not required, then it can be disabled with one click on the sidebar. It is also used to center the cursor in the middle of the screen if necessary.

The developers claim that the device can work up to 50 hours on a single charge. A USB port is provided for charging.

Pre-order Clip Mouse is already available on Kickstarter, where the device was priced at 59 euros (≈6,000 rubles). Deliveries are expected to begin in October.
