OnePlus announced inexpensive smartphone Ace 2 Pro, which received an impressive amount of memory and boasts a number of flagship features.
The novelty is equipped with a 6.74-inch BOE Q9 + OLED screen with a resolution of 2772 × 1240 pixels, a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a peak brightness of 1600 nits. The display has a custom Pixelworks X7 chip to improve image quality. In addition, it has improved sensor responsiveness during rain. True, the company did not specify the degree of protection of the device from water.
The main camera unit consists of three sensors - a 50 MP Sony IMX890 with optical stabilization, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The front one received a resolution of 16 megapixels.
The heart of the smartphone is the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. RAM and storage vary and can go up to 24GB and 1TB respectively. Out of the box, it runs Android 13 with OxygenOS 13.
OnePlus Ace 2 Pro received a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 150 W fast charging. Up to 100% battery is replenished in just 17 minutes. Other features include stereo speakers with support for Dolby Atmos technology, an NFC module and a powerful vibration motor, as in the flagship One Plus 11.
Prices and Availability
OnePlus Ace 2 Pro is available in green and gray colors. The option with 12/256 GB was estimated at 2,999 yuan (≈40,000 rubles), with 16/512 GB - at 3,399 yuan (≈45,000 rubles), with 24 GB / 1 TB - at 3,999 yuan (≈53,000 rubles).
The company also plans to release a 16GB/512GB limited edition for Genshin Impact fans. In China, the smartphone will go on sale on August 23. An international release has yet to be announced.
