Ayaneo introduces Pocket AIR, a handheld gaming console for Android

Ayaneo has released its first handheld console based on Android. She received the name Pocket AIR. The gadget is positioned as a universal gaming device for those who are used to playing on smartphones.
The novelty received a 5.5-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 1080p and an aspect ratio of 16:9. The Pocket AIR is based on the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 (6 nm) chip - the same as, for example, in OnePlus Nord 2. The processor is supplemented with an active cooling system.
Responsible for autonomy is a 7,350 mAh battery. It is also known that the device has stereo speakers, a microSD card slot, a 3.5 mm headphone jack, a linear vibration motor and a six-axis gyroscope.
On the body of the console, of course, there are the usual mechanical sticks and buttons, like on classic gamepads. With a device thickness of 17 mm, its weight was only 380 grams.
A special launcher will be installed on top of Android 12 for easy access to various retro games from the cloud service, emulators and gadget settings.
So far, this is all the data about Ayaneo Pocket AIR. New presented on Indiegogo crowdfunding, where the price will be announced soon. Considering availability competitive solutions, it is unlikely that the price tag will exceed $ 300.
