“Hush”: “Alice” has learned to understand commands without addressing by name
Miscellaneous / / July 26, 2023
You can switch music tracks with the word “next”, but this must be enabled in the settings.
"Alice" began to understand quick commands in which the assistant does not need to be called by name. Now you can just say "Turn off the light" or "Hush" - and she will understand that you are talking to her.
In total, Alice knows more than 20 quick commands with which you can turn the light on and off, control watching movies, listen to music and adjust the volume. And they don't interrupt the assistant's speech like other commands.
For example, if "Alice" answers a question too loudly, you can just say "Hush!" - She will speak to the end and carry out your command.
This new feature is available in all Stations, from Max to Light, including when connecting a speaker to a TV and controlling video playback. To enable or disable shortcuts, you need to open the Home with Alice app, go to the voice assistant settings and open the Shortcuts settings section.
