Microsoft releases full backup app for Windows 11

Microsoft introduced Windows Backup application with which you can create a backup copy Windows 11. However, you can only save it to OneDrive storage, where only 5 GB is provided for free.

The new utility, unlike the system restore function, allows you to quickly transfer settings, photos, files, passwords, and so on to a new computer. It also supports pinned apps on the start menu and taskbar. After the transfer, they will all be in the old place.

Application can find in Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 23466. However, it is not yet available to all users. When Windows Backup will become massive, has not yet been reported.
