Recipe: How to make homemade marshmallows

Just a few days ago during a conversation with friends about the tasty and wholesome food, I said that it would be interesting to know, from which she had prepared the American version of the marshmallow - marshmallow - even when it was not such a large number of food additives? Today, the answer to my question accidentally caught my eye.
In the video, all the action is literally laid out on shelves. I only made minor adjustments.
Ingredients: 2 1/2 tablespoons gelatin, sugar 1 1/2 cup (250 ml), 1/2 teaspoon salt, a few drops of vanilla extract, vanillin, or pinch, 1 cup (250 ml), powdered sugar, corn syrup 1 cup.
If no corn syrup, to make it possible to replace of 230 g sugar and 60 ml of water (all mix and bring to a boil). This is just an almost full cup.
Preparation. Separately fill gelatin 1/2 cup cold water and let stand for 30 minutes. The pot add the sugar, corn syrup, salt and 1/2 cup of water and stir the mixture. Place on plate and bring to the boil. The recipe uses a special pastry thermometer and boil until needed, until the mixture reaches 244 degrees Celsius. If the thermometer does not, then you need to notch 6 minutes.
Then start whisking gelatin and gradually add the sugar to the mixture. Beat until until the mixture thickens.
Pour the mixture can be in any pot, sprinkle it with the main surface of the powdered sugar. Leave the marshmallow mixture and let it cool. You can then use cookie cutters and cut yourself and friends to treat all that your heart desires... or what happens. In any case it will be delicious!
This marshmallows can simply be there, it can be served with hot chocolate or cocoa, and you can decorate them sweets. Just remember that there are lots and lots of sugar and try not to abuse it.
