Soup with meatballs and noodles

The soup with meatballs and noodles turns out to be moderately thick and very satisfying. Semolina gives the meatballs special softness. Try it!

Ingredients
- Minced meat 400 g
- Onion 1 piece
- Semolina 1–2 tsp spoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Potatoes 3 pieces
- Carrots 1 piece
- Vegetable oil 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Water 2 liters
- Vermicelli 70 g
Cooking method
Mix the minced meat with one chopped onion, semolina, salt and pepper.
Take the mass in your hands and gently toss it into a bowl. Repeat 10-15 times. This will make the finished meatballs tender.
Form meatballs no larger than a walnut.
Cut the potatoes into small pieces. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Boil water in a saucepan, add salt. Add meatballs, bring to a boil again and skim off.
Chop the second onion and fry in oil over medium heat for 4-5 minutes.

Pour potatoes and carrots into a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 15–20 minutes. Add noodles and onions and cook for another 5 minutes.
If you want the soup to thicken, add more noodles.
Remove soup from heat and leave covered for 10 minutes.
