Previously unreleased novel by Gabriel Garcia Marquez to be released in 2024

In the spring of 2024, a previously unpublished novel by a Colombian writer will see the light of day Gabriel Garcia Marquez, winner of the Nobel Prize in Literature. It will be called "We'll see you in August."
The novel will be released by the family of the famous writer on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of his death.
The Guardian notesthat there may be other unpublished works in the Marquez archives. As for the book "We'll See You in August", it was written by hand and has been kept at the University of Texas at Austin (USA) all this time. However, the author never completed it.
Initially, the writer's children did not want to publish the unfinished novel, but still changed their minds. The book will be published in the original Spanish language and will first appear in stores in South America.
Gabriel Garcia Marquez is best known for his novel One Hundred Years of Solitude. He is considered the most widely read and translated Spanish-language author. The writer died in 2014.
