Xiaomi showed top-end tablets Pad 6 and Pad 6 Pro with 144 Hz screens

In addition to the top smartphone Xiaomi 13 Ultra today introduced a new generation of company tablets: Xiaomi Pad 6 and 6 Pro. They are almost identical in characteristics, only processors, cameras, battery capacity and charging power differ.

Both use an 11-inch LCD display with a resolution of 2.8K and a refresh rate of 144Hz. There is a camera in the hole - 8 megapixels in the basic version and 20 megapixels in the Pro model.

The display supports Dolby Vision and HDR 10, while a quad-speaker system delivers surround sound with Dolby Atmos. The microphones have a setting that limits the range to 60 ° - so that during a video call, the interlocutors hear only the user, and not his surroundings.

The base Xiaomi Pad 6 is powered by the Snapdragon 870, the same processor as the previous generation. The Pro version runs on a Snapdragon 8+ processor (not specified, Gen 1 or Gen 2).

Xiaomi Pad 6 received an 8840 mAh battery with support for 33 W fast charging. The Pad 6 Pro has an 8600 mAh battery but charges faster thanks to support for adapters up to 67W.

Together with the tablet, a magnetic keyboard with a touchpad was introduced. The latter supports gesture control, there is an NFC tag nearby for quick data transfer from a smartphone.

The stylus for this generation has also been finalized. Tip wear resistance increased by 300%, autonomy is 150 hours. At the same time, a minute on charge is enough for 7 hours of work.

Both tablets will be available in three colors: blue, black and champagne (golden). Xiaomi Pad 6 prices are as follows:

• 6 + 128 GB - 1999 yuan (≈23,800 rubles)
• 8 + 128 GB - 2099 yuan (≈24,900 rubles)
• 8 + 256 GB - 2399 yuan (≈28,500 rubles)

Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro is expected to be a bit more expensive:

• 8 + 128 GB - 2499 yuan (≈29,700 rubles)
• 8 + 256 GB - 2799 yuan (≈33,300 rubles)
• 12 + 256 GB - 3099 yuan (≈36,800 rubles)
• 12 + 512 GB - 3399 yuan (≈40,400 rubles)

The magnetic keyboard with NFC was priced at 599 yuan (≈7,200 rubles), the second-generation Inspiration stylus costs 449 yuan (≈5,300 rubles).
