Apple unveils iPad Pro with M2 chips and Wi-Fi 6E support

As insiders expected, Apple released new iPad Pro models without a loud presentation and online broadcasts - new items, accompanied by press releases, appeared on the company's website.

Apple introduced the iPad Pro with screens of 11 and 12.9 inches - the first with an IPS panel (2388 × 1668 pixels), and the second with a mini-LED matrix (2732 × 2048 pixels).

Both received an M2 chip - like fresh Macbook Air With a bang". The processor is 15% more powerful than the previous M1. Graphics performance increased by 35%.

The M2 chip also provides a unified memory bandwidth of 100 GB/s, 50% more than the M1, and supports up to 16 GB of fast pooled memory.

The new iPad Pro with iPadOS 16 and the 2nd generation Apple Pencil will offer users a whole new dimension of screen interaction. The stylus is now recognized up to 12mm above the display, allowing users to preview their mark before it is taken. It also allows you to sketch and illustrate with even greater precision.

There is also support for Wi-Fi 6E with download speeds up to 2.4 Gb / s, which is 2 times faster than the previous generation. And Wi-Fi + Cellular models with 5G now support more 5G networks around the world.

The cameras on the back are 12MP regular and 10MP wide-angle. LiDAR is also in place, as are Face ID, Thunderbolt, and a quad-speaker audio system.

On the Apple website, the tablets will be available for order from October 18, and in the Apple Store will begin to appear on October 26. The 11-inch iPad Pro will start at $799, while the 12.9-inch variant will start at $1,099.
