With a sharp knife, remove the top layer of the skin from the nuts.
For jam, take only unripe nuts. To see if they match, simply poke one with a toothpick. It should easily and without obstacles pass through.
Peeled fruits immediately lower into a suitable size dish filled with water. Leave for three days. Change the water 3-4 times every day.
On the fourth day, rinse the nuts well so that the water that you drain becomes clear.
Rinse the nuts three times with clean water. Refill to cover completely and leave for 12-14 hours. Rinse well afterwards. Poke two holes in each nut with a fork.
Boil water in a large basin or other container. You need enough liquid so that all the nuts can be immersed in it.
Pour the jam into sterilized jars and seal with sterilized lids.
When pouring into jars, do not remove the jam from the heat, but simply reduce the heat to a minimum so that it does not cool down.
