Zucchini boats with spicy chicken and cheese

Garlic and Italian herbs make these chicken zucchini boats very flavorful, while Parmesan and mozzarella create a delicious cheese crust.

Ingredients
- Zucchini or zucchini 3 pieces
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Chicken breast fillet 350 g
- Italian herbs ¹⁄₄ tsp spoons
- Dried garlic ¹⁄₄ tsp spoons
- Salt ¹⁄₄ tsp spoons
- Ground black pepper ¹⁄₄ tsp spoons
- Tomato sauce 3⁄₄ cup
- Parmesan 30 g
- Mozzarella 50-100 g
Cooking method
Cut the courgettes in half lengthwise. Take out the pulp with a spoon so that the boats are formed.
Place the cut vegetables on top in a baking dish and brush with half the oil.
Place in an oven preheated to 200 ° C for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, get busy with the filling. Dice the chicken fillet.
Heat the remaining oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the chicken there, season with herbs, garlic, salt and pepper.
Fry, stirring occasionally, for 8-10 minutes until the chicken is tender.
Pour in the sauce, stir and cook for another 2 minutes.
Start the zucchini boats with the prepared mass. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and mozzarella.
Place in the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
