At launch, Midjourney V5 will only be available to paid subscribers. Other users will be able to explore its new features a little later. A full release date has yet to be announced.
IN social networks under the records about the start of testing the fifth version, the work of an improved neural network is already beginning to appear. Here are vivid examples of photorealism.
Thanks Midjourney.
Incredible!
V5 looks incredible.
Pure thrill!
A small cat from the era of Ancient Rome.
It's absolutely incredible.
Food photography from above, bibimbap, Korean restaurant, 16:9 aspect ratio.
I've adapted my queries for Midjourney v5 to include more natural language and it scares me how good the results are.
Many have noticed that the neural network has finally learned to work with fingers - now there are almost always five of them on each hand.
Crowd shot. 1960s street style photo of a crowd of young women standing on a sailboat wearing silk dresses by Dior, pearl necklaces, sunset over the ocean, shot on Agfa Vista 200, 4k and 16:9 aspect ratio.
And for clarity, a few comparisons of the generations of the previous version of Midjourney and the new one.

Identical requests to the 4th and 5th.
At this rate, it will soon be simply impossible to distinguish generated images from real shots. Although even now it is very difficult to do this. What do you think about such rapid development of Midjourney?
