Alice learned to track the status of orders from Yandex Market

Alice, a Yandex voice assistant, learned how to report the status of an order from the Market online store. It is enough to say “Alice, where is my order?” to find out when it will be delivered. If the goods have already arrived at the pickup point, the assistant will tell you until what date they can be picked up.

If there are several orders and they arrive on different days, Alice will list their contents so that it is clear what can be received and when. This feature can be disabled in the assistant settings by selecting the "Hide product names" option. In this case, Alice will not spoil the surprise and will not announce a gift for the whole house.

You can ask Alice about orders through Yandex Station, a TV with Alice, or one of the Yandex applications. In addition to the usual orders from the Market, you can also track the status of fast delivery of Market 15 products.

Previously, Alice received support for urgent notifications: she learned to report when the Lavka courier is approaching the house or has already left the order at the door.
