The Russians told where they would like to go in a time machine

The new VTsIOM revealed what period the Russians would like to go to if time machines really existed. results lead "Vedomosti".
29% of respondents chose the 20th century, and mostly the 90s (18%). During the Soviet Union, 4% would like to move, 3% would like to be in the second half of the century, 2% - at the beginning of the century. The end of the 20th century was chosen by 1% of respondents, the times of the Second World War - also by 1%.
Next in popularity are the 19th, 18th and 21st centuries - 16%, 12% and 10% respectively. There is no data on the future, but it is noted that the 20th century is more attractive to people aged 45 and older. Another interesting feature: the larger the city, the more its residents are interested in the 19th century.
Among historical figures, most of all Russians want to get acquainted with Peter I (17%) and Joseph Stalin (15%).
