If you don't know anything about NVC yet, this is a great way to discover something new and find "your people".
On March 25 and 26, a festival of non-violent communication (NVC) will be held in the capital. It is designed to draw the attention of the Russian-speaking audience to the concept of the American psychologist Marshall Rosenberg "non-violent communication" (non-violent communication, NVC).
Marshal Rosenberg developed a model that allows you to build relationships with yourself and others without resorting to violence, using a four-step model: observation - feelings - needs - request.
The festival is organized by non-violent communication practitioners Anastasia Klimenko and Liya Abdrakhmanova. Thanks to NGO, Nastya was able to find “her people” and a language that does not destroy, but heals, and Leah believed that conflict is an opportunity to get closer, and not “win or lose”, and learned to be more careful with yourself.
Nonviolent communication can be used as a tool, just to learn useful skills or adopt the NVC worldview. The creators of the festival write that they will be glad if the participants find in NNO something that will support their view of the world.
Festival participants will have a two-day immersion in NVC, four halls with a parallel program, the opportunity meet nonviolent communication trainers from Russia, Great Britain, Canada, Norway, USA, Germany and other countries.
The festival will be held in Moscow's Boiling Point at 2 Maly Konyushkovsky lane (metro station Barrikadnaya). For each day of the festival, a separate registration is required on the official website. site. The full program of the event is also presented there. Participation is free.
