Windows 11 update finally fixes HDD and SSD speed problem

From October 2021, users reported about the problem in Windows 11 with traditional hard drives (HDD) and solid state drives (SSD). Microsoft acknowledged this in the description of the November patch KB5007262 explained: The system performed unnecessary actions with each write operation, as a result, the performance of computers dropped.
But it turned out that after installing update KB5007262, the speed of work was restored only on some devices. New optional Windows 11 patch KB5008353 eliminates bug for all users.
In the patch notes, the developers also emphasized that they fixed another bug with the internal NTFS USN syslog. This bug also affected performance degradation.
