Overview extensions for popular browsers (March 15-21)

We present you a brief overview of the exciting additions to Firefox, Chrome and Opera, which caught our attention last week.

Firefox

This new extension for Firefox, Chrome and Safari, which is used to display additional information about your correspondent in the mail service Gmail. It replaces the ads on the right column for more detailed data including photos, links to social media profiles, and even the latest updates in Twitter. In addition, here you can add a little note, a comment to this contact.

WebMail Notifier

Used to check for new messages in your inbox, including gmail, yahoo, hotmail, aol, POP3 / IMAP and others. Displays the total number of messages on the app icon or the details of each box in the sidebar. It will be useful to all users actively use email, but especially those who have a few boxes.

On the advice of our readers, Roman Pronin, we present you a wonderful extension for comfortable reading on the Internet. After installing it in the browser there is a special button in the form of a letter

R. When it is pressed, a popup window containing the text-only page in a readable form. All extraneous elements (advertising, widgets, counters, navigation elements) at the same time ruthlessly removed so that nothing will distract you from the text. There is also a version for Firefox.

Time Tracker

In the comments to the previous Review Alexander Bodnar turned to the question of the Chrome browser extension that tracks the user's residence time at different sites. Time Tracker is this and engaged - after clicking the expansion there is a window with detailed statistics about your pastime in the network.
