Telegram now has content copy protection and device control function

The main changes in the latest version of Telegram:

• creators of channels and groups now have the ability to prevent their subscribers from saving photos and videos, forwarding messages and taking screenshots;
• Telegram users can now completely delete the history of messages in the chat for a specific day or period of time (you need to click on the plate with the date, which is visible when scrolling through messages);

• in the settings, a function for managing connected devices has appeared, which allows you to instantly enter Telegram in a browser or PC via a QR code, end any session or restrict the reception of calls on one of your gadgets;
• added the option to comment on posts in public channels on behalf of one of their channels, so as not to use a personal account (you need to click on the profile icon to the left of the comment input area);
• on some devices, the ability to quickly enter without SMS has been added - by entering the last digits of the number from which the call from Telegram came;

• on Android, color themes can now be applied to the entire Telegram app (already available on iOS);

• on iOS 13 and above, there is support for recognizing English text in received or sent photos - so as not to retype it manually;
• also on iOS there was an updated design of profiles, and any formatting is now supported in media captions: bold and italic text, links and other features.

The update is already coming to PCs and gadgets. On mobile devices, you can manually check for the latest version in the app stores.
