Motorola, which has always produced smartwatches on the Google platform, introduced the first model based on its own Moto Watch OS software platform. The accessory was named Moto Watch 100.
The watch received a 42 mm metal case, made of aluminum, with two physical buttons on the right side. The screen is round, with a 1.3-inch LCD panel with a resolution of 360 × 360 pixels. The weight of the device with a silicone strap was only 29 grams. Full protection against water (5ATM) provided
The watch focuses on fitness and health. The gadget offers 26 training modes, including indoor and outdoor running, crossfit, American football and much more. There is a tracking of the number of steps taken, calories burned, distance, stride length, average and maximum heart rate, pace, sleep quality and blood oxygen saturation (SpO2).
It also claims to support GPS and Bluetooth 5.0 for connecting to smartphones with Android 5.0 and iOS 10.0 or more recent versions.
The abandonment of Wear OS made it possible to achieve impressive autonomy - up to two weeks in normal use and up to 30 days in standby mode.
