Pork tenderloin in mushroom sauce

Juicy pork tenderloin, stewed in mushroom sauce, turns out to be tender and aromatic. Thanks to the addition of wine and cream, the taste is incredible.

Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin 600 g
- Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
- Champignons 250 g
- Onions 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Flour 1 tbsp. spoon
- Dry white wine 100 ml
- Chicken broth 400 ml
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Cream to taste
Cooking method
Cut the meat across into small pieces.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Roast the pork for 2-3 minutes on each side, then transfer to a plate.
For 6-10 minutes, fry the mushrooms and onions, cut into pieces, in the same pan. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1 minute.
Sprinkle the mushrooms and onions with flour and mix well. Add wine and simmer for another 2 minutes.
Stir in the broth. Add salt and pepper.

Place the pork in the skillet and cook for about 10 minutes or more.
Time may vary depending on the size of the pieces.
Pour in the cream, stir and after a minute or two remove from heat.
