Chicken liver puff salad

Make this tender flaky chicken liver salad. The meat in it is ideally combined with eggs, carrots, onions and pickled cucumbers.

Ingredients
- Eggs 5 pieces
- Onions 3-4 pieces
- Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Carrots 3-4 pieces
- Chicken liver 350 g
- Pickled or pickled cucumbers 8-10 pieces
- Mayonnaise to taste
Cooking method

Boil eggs hard-boiled in 10 minutes, carrots and liver until cooked in about 30 minutes. Cool it down.
How and how much to cook chicken liver
Chop the onion and fry in a pan with butter until lightly browned. Cool it down.

Grate the liver, carrots, cucumbers and proteins on a coarse grater, the yolks on a fine grater.
Squeeze the cucumbers lightly to remove excess moisture.

Put half the liver, half the onion and cucumbers, carrots, proteins, the remaining liver, the remaining onions and cucumbers in a salad bowl. Compact the layers slightly. Sprinkle with yolks on top.
Grease each layer with mayonnaise or cover with a mesh of it.
Leave the prepared salad in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
