Zucchini boats with minced chicken, onions and sour cream

Ingredients
- Onions 1 piece
- Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons + for lubrication
- Garlic 1-2 cloves
- Minced chicken 500-600 g
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Greens to taste
- Sour cream 2-3 tbsp. spoons
- Zucchini 3-4 pieces
- Cheese 100-150 g
Cooking method
Cut the onion into small pieces. Fry in a skillet with butter for 5-6 minutes. Add chopped garlic and cook for a couple of minutes.
Place the minced meat in the same skillet and cook until the meat is brown. Stir so that no large pieces remain.
Add salt, pepper, chopped herbs, sour cream. Stir, remove from heat after 1 minute.

Cut the courgettes in half lengthwise. Gently remove the pulp from the middle so that the shape resembles a boat.
If the boats turn out to be unstable, trim them a little with a knife from the bottom side.
Fill the blanks with the filling and place in a greased dish.
Bake for about 30–35 minutes at 180 ° C. Sprinkle with grated cheese 5-10 minutes before cooking.
