Syroedcheskie energy balls
Ingredients:
- Oat flour 1 cup (or oatmeal, ground in a blender to a fine powder);
- 1 ½ cups finely grated carrots;
- ½ cup pitted dates;
- 1 cup chopped dried apricots;
- 1 cup walnuts (or any other);
- a pinch of vanilla;
- 1 tablespoon honey;
- ¼ cup sesame seeds.

Oat Bars with apples
Ingredients:
- 2 cups oatmeal;
- 1 ¼ cup flour;
- 1 cup sugar (cane desirable);
- 1 ¼ teaspoon cinnamon;
- ¾ teaspoon salt;
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder;
- 12 tablespoons melted butter;
- 5-6 large apples;
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar;
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Mix oatmeal, flour, sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Then add to the butter and again all is well stirred. Postpone 1 cup of this mixture, and the rest a small spread in a baking dish (33 × 23 cm).
